The idea is utilise the great outdoors (and the comfort of your own home) as our gym. I believe that getting fit outdoors offers more flexibility and satisfaction than the sweaty, harshly lit confines of a gym. A recent report suggests that more enjoyment can be gained than you would get from a conventional gym as well as greater physical and mental health benefits.

How it works...
I travel to your location. I bring my own training equipment with me for you to use during the session.
I provide a convenient service to my clients, fitting around their schedule to make your personal training experience as stress free as possible (available 7 days a week)
I provide dietary/nutritional guidance and advice which is tailored for your specific training requirements
I aim to help you maximise your personal training experience and achieve your goals whilst making the whole experience fun and enjoyable.
I incorporate researched and proven training methods into your training regime
I incorporate the latest developments in mobile fitness training equipment into my clients training sessions
