Single Sessions
A great way to brush up on technique, learn some new exercises or chat through your fitness programme with the aid of an expert. A typical session will entail: A Warm Up, Intensive Training, Cool Down and Stretching Period.
8 - 12 Sessions
This is a good starting point for anybody new to personal training. These packages allow a degree of testing to be carried out, where we will explore your goals and decide on the best way forward for you.
A lot of people would hope to see significant results within 8 weeks. Realistically, we will be looking at getting you to a place where we can really start to work on your fitness, technique and iron out any areas that are not working effectively and efficiently
